Responsibilities:
- Ensure every guest enjoys a world-class experience, surpassing their expectations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate and regularly review an exceptional food and beverage menu.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining excellence.
- Inspire, mentor, and train your team to excel.
- Create a strong team culture through continuous education and development programs.
- Manage budgets, control inventory, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee cash handling, card transactions, banking transactions, and sales reporting, while tracking expenses and optimising profitability.
- Draw up staff rosters within allocated budgets, ensuring the right balance for smooth operations.
- Ensure all hygiene standards are upheld, regularly updating checklists and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Previous managerial experience in hospitality with a proven track record of driving success.
- A commitment to excellence in every aspect of the operation.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and mentor a passionate team.
- In-depth understanding of food and beverage trends, mixology, and operational best practices.
- Computer literacy to manage operations efficiently.
