Job Description
Seeking a General Foreman with 3+ years of construction management experience to lead a Residential Project in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities.
- Plan and supervise the setup of the site, ensuring necessary facilities are in place before project launch.
- Ensure adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times.
- Uphold quality control procedures consistently and report findings to the Regional Director.
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification completed in relation to the industry or Trades qualified.
- 3+ years experience in construction management.
