Job Description
Seeking a General Manager to lead a team of 20-30 people in a fast-paced, fun environment, delivering great food and guest experiences in a busy restaurant.
As a General Manager, you will play a key role in helping to deliver great food and guest experiences, building and maintaining successful venues and restaurant teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and coaching teams through performance reviews
- Managing and improving the restaurant's profit and loss statement
- Budgeting and planning staffing and stock levels
- Reducing food waste and variances
- Leading from the front by driving high standards and productivity
- Training teams on service quality and food standards
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members
