Job Description

Be a key player in helping us deliver great food and guest experiences, building and maintaining successful venues and restaurant teams. As a General Manager, you will develop and coach teams, manage P&L, budget, plan staffing and stock levels, reduce waste and variances, lead high standards and productivity, train teams on service quality and food standards, and recruit, onboard and train new team members.

* Great communicators: You will lead a team of between 20-30 people, and it is critical that you are an effective communicator to ensure that the team is engaged and aligned.
* Problem solvers: Not a day goes by without a challenge in hospitality, and our managers need to lead from the front, take it in their stride, and find solutions with a level head.
* Organised: There are so many moving parts to a busy restaurant, and to stay on top of things, you will need to be hyper-organised.
