Job Description General Manager Do you want to join our rapidly growing Fitness family who now have over 100 locations in Ireland and the UK? Energie Fitness Drogheda is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Club Manager for their 6,500 sq ft Facility. Our facility includes the most advanced equipment – free weights area, private studio, beginners area, functional/plyometric area, plate loaded equipment, and brand new shower and changing facilities. Energie Fitness Drogheda is looking for a talented leader who believes in living a healthy way of life and helping our members do the same. As our Club Manager, you would be responsible for: Demonstrating personal leadership skills and success by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and retention goals. Monitoring daily targets of staff members and ensuring all members of staff are performing in all areas of their job roles. Maintaining high standards of CRM efficiency and training staff on all systems. Coaching staff through role-playing and shadowing club tours, giving them tools to improve and develop stronger sales and customer service skills. Assuring compliance with all club and standard operating procedures. Meeting daily with staff one-on-one to review weekly and monthly sales and goals, assess individual performance, and review the business plan. Planning daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activities, as well as preparing & executing the Monthly sales planner, Monthly KPI reports, Quarterly & Annual Marketing plans to drive the business forward. Completing a high volume of calls daily to HOT prospects interested in joining (not cold calling). Working closely with the Franchisees to ensure that the facilities and services being delivered are fun, high quality, safe, and conform to énergie brand standards. Maintaining all equipment and mechanical plant in a clean and safe condition, if necessary, calling upon the appropriate contractors. Qualifications; Education & Experience Four Year College Degree (preferred). Polished and professional appearance. Fitness Qualification and REP’s Ireland Registration is essential for this role. Minimum of 2 years of leadership and management experience required (must have industry experience). Proven track record in leading teams to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Competitive drive to succeed in a performance-based culture. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM systems.
