With 146 unique rooms, The Hendrick will create unforgettable experiences and as General Manager, we want you to manage these experiences. What have you done before? Experience in managing a busy room oriented property. 5+ years Deputy / Operations Management experience required Have strong financial experience with a commercial focus. Be used to multi-tasking with a charismatic personality and have the ability to grow and develop a team. What will I be doing? Manage busy daily operations and coordinating all areas of the property Lead and guide the team as required during busy periods / Duty shift Provide leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all Skills: Hospitality Management Motivating Employees General Management
