Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hospitality General Manager for our client, a large corporate catering company for their site based in Dublin 4. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction Manage a team of event coordinators, sales professionals, and hospitality team members to deliver exceptional events Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of events, including catering, audiovisual, and technical services Develop and manage budgets for events, including catering, audiovisual, and technical services. This would involve creating and tracking budgets, identifying areas for cost savings, and making adjustments as needed.
