As General Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the restaurant's success, leading a team of hospitality professionals, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing operational efficiency, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Fostering efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership
- Ensuring excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of senior management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, organisation, and time management skills
- Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food and beverage environments
- A passion for team development and mentorship
Package on offer:
- Competitive salary of €65,000 - €75,000 per year, dependent on experience
