• 3+ years senior management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment


• Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, organization, and time management skills


• Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences


• Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food and beverage environments


• Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative


• Flexible with working 5 days per week/40 hours, including days, nights, and weekends


• Computer literate
