Job Summary: Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer loyalty in a busy bar and restaurant environment.

Requirements:
- 3+ years senior management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, organization, and time management skills
- Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food and beverage environments
- Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative
- Flexible with working 5 days per week/40 hours, including days, nights, and weekends
- Computer literate
Package: Competitive salary €65000-€75000 per year, with other benefits to be discussed during interview.
