We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a well-established Restaurant & Bar in Co. Cork. As General Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the restaurant's success, both operationally and commercially.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience • Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts • Enhance customer loyalty • Manage operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation • Foster efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership • Execute business strategies and exceed performance targets
Requirements: • 3+ Years Senior Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment • Strong work ethic • Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills • Proven track record in driving profitability • Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food & beverage environments • Passion for team development and mentorship • Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative • Flexible with working 5 days per week / 40 hours • Computer Literate
Package: • Competitive salary of €65,000 - €75,000 per year dependent on experience • Other benefits to be discussed during interview stage
