Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced General Manager of a Restaurant & Bar for one of our well-established clients in Co. Cork. As General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the restaurant's success, both operationally and commercially.In your role you will be required to:Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives & marketing efforts.Enhance customer loyalty.Manage operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, ensuring both cost control and top-tier service.Foster efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets.Ensure excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations.REQUIREMENTS3+ Years Senior Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment with a strong work ethic essential.Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills.Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food & beverage environments, with a focus on efficiency and innovation.A passion for team development and mentorship.Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.Flexible with working 5 days per week / 40 hours which will include days, nights, and weekends.Computer Literate.PACKAGE ON OFFERCompetitive salary of €65,000 - €75,000 per year dependent on experience.
