General Manager Gastro Pub, South Dublin.Teamworx are looking for General Manager for an award winning and high profile Gastro Pub in South Dublin.This is a stunning venue which offers standout food and high end beverages. The venue will serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and will also provide a state-of-the-art function space. The position of General Manager will suit an ambitious individual from a Hotel or Bar & Restaurant background looking to join and grow within an expanding Group.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation, driving new and existing business and leading a large team in a busy food and beverage operation.This role would suit an experienced manager who is food focused with the ability to do things differently and to think outside the box.What’s on offer: Very competitive salary & Bonus for the right candidate Bonus based on turnover, profit and wages % Mobile/ Laptop Provided.
