The Job

This role is a senior position responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the operation and administrative aspects of the country. This position will take a lead in formulating a successful business strategy to execute and deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that operations are productive, profitable, and supportive of corporate strategies and objectives.

Role and responsibilities:

Provide strategic vision and direction for the organization in Ireland• Determine the direction of the branch by working collaboratively with senior management and leading team members to create and implement strategies and goals• Oversee and ensure accountability for all branch activities and programs, either directly or through delegation, to achieve organizational goals• Oversee all fiscal management activities and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure legal accountability and safeguard resources and assets• Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team in Ireland including work allocation, training, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, budget preparation, and business planning and management • Develop, execute, maintain and monitor local business objectives• Continually analyze and evaluate opportunities for growth in the market to drive profitability• Responsible for carrying out due diligence for potential company acquisitions• Acts as a company advocate for issues relevant to the region, its services and constituencies• Initiates, develops, and maintains cooperative relationships with key constituencies• Collaborate with senior management to establish staff performance and development goals, performance appraisals and administering salary adjustments • Recommend and operate within approved annual budget; adopt appropriate forecasting procedures and consistently monitor cash flow for operating revenues and expenses• Develop and monitor project budgets to assure organizational efficiency and appropriate resource allocation; manage cash flow• Ensures compliance with company's policies and office is operated in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws • Develops and drive a culture of performance management and accountability • Remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization• Travel to various job sites required• Other duties assigned as needed

• Ability to manage and direct projects to completion • Ability to formulate a sound business plan to reach targeted revenue and net profit goals • Ability to utilize local market strategy in accordance with company direction • Experience with budget preparation fiscal management and cash management • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare reports• Ability to lead with confidence and create alignment among management and attract and develop staff• Ability to direct a team towards a cohesive set of strategic objectives and maintain efficient timelines in the completion of tasks • Ability to understand and leverage existing Company systems to provide solutions to the business and recommend new systems when required• Proven ability to significantly contribute toward or lead operation initiatives with a results oriented approach• Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a team-oriented collaborative environment• Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
