Overall, we are seeking to appoint a General Manager who will play a pivotal role in steering the venue through pre-opening and opening stages. Delivering success by balancing operational efficiency, financial performance, and exceptional guest service. This role would suit a Manager, with strong operations in the hospitality profession. We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate: A minimum of 5 years experience at senior management level within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills. Ability to build and grow a strong team Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and an ability to multi-task and work effectively during time sensitive periods. Experience developing and monitoring KPIs. Excellent commercial acumen. Confidence managing and implementing financial budgets. Experience reporting to a board/corporate stakeholders. Ability to think quickly, make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership. Eligibility to live and work in Ireland without restrictions.
