General Manager Excel Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead a dynamic team in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations, driving business growth, and leading teams to meet and exceed company objectives. Salary: €70k - €75k Responsibilities of this General Manager: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective business performance. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and high employee engagement. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications of this General Manager: Proven experience in a management role, ideally within the retail or service sectors. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management. Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competence in making decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
