Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a General Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Supervise a team of Freight Forwarding/Customs Clearance agents. Professionally collaborate with existing well - established customers to ensure continued satisfaction Coordinate and manage all aspects of the shipment process, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance. Remain updated in an ever-changing industry Be proactive in securing new business opportunities Requirements: Minimum of five years experience in a leadership role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail Knowledge of logistics software and systems Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs requirements Time management skills Ability to secure favourable rates and terms with carriers and suppliers. Fluent written and spoken English is essential for this role. Full time office based role MondayFriday 09.00 17:30 and one evening per week. Salary circa €70k and company pension with excellent prospects for the successful candidate.
