General Manager Gastro Pub, South Dublin. Teamworx are looking for General Manager for an award winning and high profile Gastro Pub in South Dublin. This is a stunning venue which offers standout food and high end beverages. The venue will serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and will also provide a state-of-the-art function space. The position of General Manager will suit an ambitious individual from a Hotel or Bar & Restaurant background looking to join and grow within an expanding Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation, driving new and existing business and leading a large team in a busy food and beverage operation. This role would suit an experienced manager who is food focused with the ability to do things differently and to think outside the box.
