Strategic, visionary GM for luxury four star This popular, luxury four star property is currently recruiting a strategically-minded General Manager with the creative vision to identify new opportunities for the hotel. Key areas of responsibility: Ensure optimal financial and operational performance of the hotel Build and implement annual budget in collaboration with the Board and senior hotel management Liaise closely with the Board with regular financial reporting Manage / support the performance of the senior team Oversee expansion / renovation CAPEX projects Build / maintain professional relationships with all guests, clients and collaborators Act as property ambassador, professionally representing the hotel at all times The ideal candidate: Minimum five years experience as General Manager / Director of Operations / Deputy Manager of a luxury, full service four/five star hotel property Strong reporting ability with keen financial acumen Experience managing CAPEX projects Proven team leader with a collaborative, approachable attitude Innovative mindset and creative problem solver Guest experience focus with impeccable service standards If you look forward to the challenge of driving a property to new heights, wed love to hear from you!
