Job Description

Leinster Appointments is recruiting for a General Manager on behalf of a hugely successful client in the Signage and Graphics industry. This is a permanent, full time role. Fully office based Salary up to €60,000 plus company car. Early Friday finish. Main duties: Oversee daily operations, ensuring jobs called in are handled efficiently. Communicate with clients, discuss potential solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the production and project management teams to keep the production schedule running smoothly. Manage a team of staff, addressing any HR related issues related to absenteeism, annual leave, etc. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and documentation. Must have industry experience and previous management experience. Occasionally visit client sites for measurements and solutions (no frequent travel required). Main requirements: Industry experience is a must have. Experience with managing teams is required
