Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Base Wood Fired Pizza in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring quality and service standards are met, optimizing profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the General Manager will be involved in menu planning, budgeting, and creating a positive work environment.
