Job Description

We are an Irish family celebrating 60 years in business. We operate 7 pubs between Holland, Belgium and Germany. Our aim is to make people feel secure, happy, at ease and valued while celebrating Ireland and its culture. Reporting to: Managing director Primary responsibilities (our CASA): To ensure Cultural Alignment and Systems Adherence in the venue. Which underpins our main activities in which you have the primary role, which is: Operate an authentic Irish Pubs, run it to a high standard, with an attention to detail. Provide an excellent atmosphere to relax, watch sports, celebrateand be entertained. Oversee the serving of premium drinks and contemporary cocktails, alongside food which is home cooked and seasonal. Ensure the staff deliver hospitality, which is friendly, positive, and professional and exceeds expectations. Maintain amanagement stylewhich iseffective,efficientand systems focused. Overseeing the complete HR system for recruitment, legal, onboarding, training, assessment, development, meetings and finishing up, as per our SOPs. Resource and rosterplanning, in line with companies KPIs. Managing, leading and motivating aninternational team. Operations (Operate our system) Useour inhouse systems to ensure effective planning and communicationin the Front of house, Kitchen and Office. Overseeing the operating system regarding suppliers, equipment, product, stock control and administration. Ensurestandardoperational standards(SOPs)are maintained and enhanced. Contribute to product developmentusing our inhouse reporting system. Finance: (Deliver a profit) Implement and adhere to our cash management, wages,cost control and financial planningSOPs. Delivering our KPI's regarding GP %, wages %, Operational Costs %, Financial Costs % and Marketing Costs %. Marketing: (Exceed expectations) Exceed expectations and a reference point for staff regarding hospitality. Contributeeffective social media content. Develop effective promotional and advertising ideas. Showcasing and selling private parties. Overseeing the complete reservations systems and database management. Ensure customer queries and reviews are dealt with in a timely manner. Complete understanding of the companys relationship with SPICCE. Implementation of new marketing ideasas per our SOPs. The following skills are required: Strong management and leadership skills. Excellent planning and communication skills. High attention to detail. Good computer skillsand social media awareness. Consistently able to use Smartsheet and Google products per SOPs. Ability to deliver a high level of hospitality. Kitchen knowledge. Excellence is not a one off thing, it is what we repeatedly do.
