Job Summary: We seek an experienced General Manager to lead our European e-commerce fulfillment business, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
About the Role: As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, develop strategic initiatives, and drive business growth across Europe. You will lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensure seamless integration of IT systems with e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to expand our market share in the European e-commerce fulfillment sector.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficient and scalable processes aligned with business objectives.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the company's budget, ensuring financial targets are achieved and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with local and international laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements: We seek a dynamic leader with a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce fulfillment industry. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role within the logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce sector.
