Overall, we are seeking to appoint a General Manager who will play a pivotal role in steering the property through pre-opening and opening stages. Delivering success by balancing operational efficiency, financial performance, and exceptional guest service. This role would suit a Hotel Manager, Deputy General or a strong Operations hospitality professional with luxury management experience. We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate: A minimum of 5 years experience at senior management level within luxury (deluxe 4*+ ) hospitality. Strong leadership skills. Holds an in-depth knowledge of the international tourism and hospitality landscape and has relationships with key industry figures. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and an ability to multi-task and work effectively during time sensitive periods. Experience developing and monitoring KPIs. Excellent commercial acumen. Confidence managing and implementing financial budgets. Experience reporting to a board / corporate stakeholders. Ability to think quickly, make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership. Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restrictions.
