Job Description
The GM will consolidate our Sisco and TDS visitor management (global) as well continue to grow TDS’ direct access control business in the UK and Ireland. The newly consolidated business will need to strengthen and improve the global visitor management growth in defined verticals and specifically establish growth in underserved geographical areas such as the USA and mainland Europe.ResponsibilitiesEstablish a unique culture, identity, and business plan for TDS (incl. Sisco) and build a team united behind it.Manage the operational business to ensure TDS can service the demand from current and future clients.Co-develop and execute Acre’s global end user visitor management strategy to gain market share in the USA, Europe, and defined end user verticals.Direct cost P&L ownership and operational ownership of the TDS and Sisco business, from end-to-end.Coordinate with Acre global support functions to leverage tools and resources for growth execution.Develop and execute a TDS/Sisco strategy to achieve quarterly P&L and growth objectives.Deliver and execute a growth strategy that considers market shifts and customers’ future needs.Develop M&A strategy to enhance core global capabilities and create long-term sustainable value.Provide senior leadership for the TDS and Sisco team, including sales, account management, business development, services, and product marketing.Drive processes that profitably leverage Acre’s company-wide differentiators.Enhance existing processes and organization to maintain strong relationships with key customers and technology partners.Own, manage, and execute the product roadmap necessary for TDS and Sisco growth.About Acre SecurityAcre Security is aligned with key industry evolution, focusing on authentication, infrastructure, and the convergence of systems and technologies to support future-proofing customers through value-based solutions that deliver superior, seamless user experiences.Operating efficiently worldwide, Acre Security delivers exceptional security and transmission solutions that safeguard peace of mind across a broad variety of customer application needs including banking, education, healthcare, retail, and more.Our core values focus on a culture of empowerment in a collaborative environment.
