Seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive commercial success, and shape strategic direction for a market-leading company in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement best practices and monitor compliance.
  • Lead a team of Operations, Distribution, Customer Service, and Sales professionals to achieve KPIs.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement performance management via appraisals and development programs.
  • Be customer and commercially focused, pushing for improvements and developing new business opportunities.
  • Effective recruitment and selection of new staff, ensuring proper training and motivation.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate strategic goals to the wider team.
