Join our team at BAM FM in Dublin City Centre as a General Operative. Contribute to ensuring a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment in a corporate facility. Perform maintenance tasks, upkeep external areas, and support client events.
- Perform general maintenance tasks.
- Respond to and action planned and reactive maintenance services.
- Upkeep of external areas.
- Support client events and meeting room configurations.
- Cleaning services duties.
- Ensure timely closure of Helpdesk tasks.
- Experience carrying out fabric maintenance.
- Basic qualifications in electrical, painting and decorating, plumbing, carpentry, or relevant experience desired.
- Strong focus on Health and Safety.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and order.
- Customer-facing skills with good communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
