Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople on site with various duties, e.g. bricklayers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, finishing foremen, landscapers
- Assist finishing foreman in pre-snagging units at the completion stage
- Assist in marking out areas for foundations
- Assist in groundwork activities including laying pipes, cabling, manholes, inspection chambers
- Maintain tidy roads and houses
- Erect safety signs and construction hoarding
Requirements:
- Must be a team player
- Keen interest in the construction industry and a desire to learn
- Attention to detail
- Good listening and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications required
This is a full-time role with a negotiable salary depending on experience.
