From humble beginnings in Little Italy, Denver, we've grown to over 5,000 employees globallyand now, we want you to be part of our journey in Ireland. **Your Role: Key Responsibilities** **Health & Safety** - Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures. - Participate in workplace safety inspections and escalate any concerns. - Support and promote a "No Harm" safety culture across the site. **Environmental Responsibilities** - Proactively work to reduce waste and energy use. - Ensure spills and discharges are reported and handled immediately. **Operations** - Operate automated equipment safely and efficiently. - Perform pre-start and quality checks to maintain product quality and safety. - Support maintenance teams with troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks. **Communication** - Participate in daily team meetings to support seamless shift handovers. - Report any safety, quality, or operational issues promptly. **Skills and Experience** While previous experience in manufacturing, especially within the dairy industry, is an advantage, it is not essential. Full training will be provided.
