Job Description
Assist and take ownership in providing Facilities Management & Facilities related projects, including moves management, space planning, administration, financial control, logistics, H&S, Energy Management of the highest quality, enabling the business to carry out their business activities in a safe, comfortable, productive & cost-effective environment. Key responsibilities include planned preventative maintenance, H&S compliance, property inspections, maintenance of an internal Best Practice regime, and liaison with the service desk. Additional duties include fabric maintenance, moving of plant and equipment, and reactive tasks to enable repairs to building fabric.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all building fabric under our control
* Assist in planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control
* Ensure contractors and staff are H&S compliant
* Conduct property inspections
* Maintain internal Best Practice regime
* Liaise with the service desk
* Perform reactive tasks for building fabric repairs
* Move plant and equipment as needed
* Perform fabric maintenance
Qualifications and Experience:
* At least 3 years experience in a similar position and environment
* Mechanical element of building services experience beneficial
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal direction
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good communication skills
