Building a sustainable tomorrow We are looking for experienced General Operatives to join our team at BAM FM in Dublin City Centre area. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading facilities management company to work in a corporate facility environment. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring our client and staff are provided with an attractive, safe, accessible, and welcoming environment within a prestigious contract based in Dublin. This role is 25 hours per week. Your mission Perform general maintenance tasks. Respond to and action planned and reactive maintenance services. Upkeep of external areas. Support client events and meeting room configurations, including furniture and room equipment setup and removal of discarded materials. Cleaning services duties, assisting in the overall tidiness and maintenance of the building. Ensure the timely closure of all Helpdesk tasks on the handheld device system. Who are we looking for? Experience carrying out fabric maintenance. Basic qualifications in electrical, painting and decorating, plumbing, carpentry, or relevant experience desired. Strong focus on Health and Safety. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order. A can-do attitude and a self-starter approach. Customer-facing skills with good written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Excellent standard of English, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships based on mutual trust. What's in it for you? Opportunities!
