Job Description: General Practice Solicitor sought for busy Dublin 3 law firm with 2+ years PQE. Key areas include residential conveyancing, probate, wills, personal injury litigation, and general practice.
Responsibilities:
- Run full portfolios of clients and manage new clients.
- Maintain conveyancing files from instruction to completion for property sales, purchases, mortgages, and switches.
- Draft wills and advise on estate planning tax issues.
- Run probate files from instruction to completion.
- Manage some litigation cases, mostly personal injury litigation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years PQE
- Strong conveyancing experience
- Ability to work independently
- Good organisational skills
- Friendly manner
