Job Description
Job Title: Production Operative
Assemble and pack products efficiently, meeting production goals while maintaining operational efficiency and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage line setup, ensure clearances and documentation are in place for each production/packing run.
- Assemble and pack products as per orders, meeting production goals.
- Maintain operational efficiency to achieve production schedules.
- Report any deviations from SOPs to your supervisor promptly.
- Work efficiently, including managing break times, and encourage a self-directed approach.
- Keep production areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and quality guidelines.
Requirements:
- Flexibility with working patterns and tasks.
- Compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
- Meet Quality standards, working to ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Qualifications:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in team-based environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of production processes.
