General Store Manager - Dublin Our client, a well-known successful big-box retail chain known for their premium level quality brands, is seeking to recruit a senior store manager for one of their stores in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity for a senior store manager with a background in high volume fashion, grocery, or lifestyle to join this exceptional business. As general store manager, you will be responsible for achieving the business P&L, margin, store strategy, visual standards and KPI's through a knowledgeable and experienced management team and colleagues. You will ensure the store delivers "best in class" service and the business brand is true to its name and reputation. This job requires experience in achieving turnovers of €10m+, experience in managing a team of 50+ and 5+ years senior retail store management experience. Package Excellent negotiable package Defined contribution pension Opportunities for bonuses 40 hour working week Excellent employee discounts Responsibilities for the Senior Store Manager include: Work alongside operating, trading, and managing directors to drive sales Create and roll out business strategic direction throughout the store Ensure all store visual and commercial store standards are representing the company brand Manage a leadership team of 5-10 support managers, and 50+ colleagues Deliver on all business KPI's, P&L and company goals Keep up an in-depth knowledge of company products and brands Create reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to examine performance and trends, suggest product, commercial and operational changes to support productivity and profitability Regulate store capacity to generate revenue streams Oversee the store's operations, work-flow, inventory, storage, reporting, and loss prevention measures Experience required for this job 5 years + senior store management experience in high volume fashion/ home or grocery management Strategic management / commercial and operational management experience within a large high volume retail environment Full P&L experience - achieving margin and KPI's essential Strong decision-making experience Exceptional store standards and customer engagement experience with a zest for product decisions and business development.
