General Manager - Fashion **Senior store management experience in fashion is required** Are you a commercial General Manager with a strong background in fashion, visual and people management? My client, a well-known fashion and beauty retail chain renowned for their 5-star customer service is looking for an experienced General Manager to run their store in South Dublin. This is an exciting job for a fashion manager with excellent people leadership skills, strong commercial and operational experience looking to join a large store where you can add value to the store and business. Key responsibilities of this General Manager job: Maximise the profitability of your store by meeting targets for sales and controlling costs. Ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures in-store. Deliver your plan with your team through excellent product knowledge and the highest level of customer service. Inspire and develop your team to achieve all their personal and professional goals. Manage and analyse departmental sales performance, whilst being able to implement a plan of action where required. Develop and maintain strong working relationships within your store, head office personnel, and external business partners. Ensure that visual merchandising standards are delivered and correlate with the company plan. Oversee the management of store rosters to ensure that costs are controlled and within budgets. Skills and experience required for this General Manager role: 3-4+ years of senior retail fashion management experience is required. Experience in managing a team of 25+ An inspirational leader with enthusiasm and a positive "can do" outlook. Previous experience in managing sales turnover of €5m+ Commercial and operational management experience is required.
