Job Description Summary: We are seeking Annotators for a large social media company to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure role and have strong data aptitude and communication skills.
Annotators will be responsible for:
- Annotating data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
- Evaluating the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifiers.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining guidelines and procedures for classification and content creation.
- Performing basic research to annotate accurately.
- Providing feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process.
- Providing insights regarding observed patterns in the annotated data.
- Researching new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong aptitude for working with data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and analytical ability.
Required qualifications include:
- High Proficiency in English (C1 Level minimum).
- High Fluent level in Chinese in oral and written communication.
- Undergraduate university degree or higher qualification.

Working hours will be either Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm – 2am), Monday to Friday, with no rotations. The job is office-based, and work from home/remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.
Candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content and eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for a minimum of 12 months or renewable).
