Job Summary: Large Language Model Annotator Needed for Social Media Company
We are seeking highly skilled annotators to work on a large-scale language model project for a major social media company.
As an Annotator, you will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and refining pairs of questions and answers to improve the accuracy of the language model. You will generate realistic questions and provide high-quality answers, working closely with predefined guidelines and your area of expertise.
- Annotate data accurately and consistently, following predefined guidelines
- Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and the output of machine learning classifiers
- Develop and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation
- Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process
- Identify patterns in annotated data and provide insights
- Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them
Requirements
- Strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and analytical skills to understand and interpret large datasets
- High proficiency in English (C1 Level minimum) and fluent Korean skills, with a deep understanding of the culture and social trends in the region
- Undergraduate university degree or higher qualification

Working Conditions
- Permanent full-time contract
- Monday to Friday, with two shifts available: Day (9 am - 5:30 pm) or Evening (6 pm - 2 am)
