Job Summary: Annotator for Large Language Model
We are seeking an Annotator to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model.
About the Role
As an Annotator, you will be responsible for generating realistic questions and providing the best possible answers. You will review guidelines, create sample prompts and responses, and evaluate the quality of existing data resources.
- Annotate data accurately and consistently, following predefined guidelines
- Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifiers
- Develop and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation
- Perform basic research to annotate accurately
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process
- Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for working with data, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to understand and interpret large datasets.
- High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR
- High Fluent level in German in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of the culture and social trends in the region
- Undergraduate university degree or higher qualification

- €32,000 per year as base salary

Working Conditions
This is a permanent full-time position with a day shift (9am - 5:30pm) and evening shift (6pm - 2am) schedule.
