Job Description


What does the typical day look like:

  • Drive the sales process with leads obtained from various mobiles carriers and other sources
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of new leases in Telecommunication Industry with private, corporate or governmental landowners for the German market
  • Forecast, monitor and analyze results within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue growth and profitability manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
  • Outbound and Inbound calls
  • Renegotiate and renew rent of existing antenna contracts
  • Prepare contract content

What are we looking for:

  • Fluent in German
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
  • Sales or negotiation experience.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
