As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with landlords to negotiate leases, preparing for calls by researching existing and new leases, and entering data into the Company's database/software system.
- Communicate with landlords to negotiate leases through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and voicemails.
- Prepare for calls by researching existing and new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other sources.
- Enter data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Prepare proposals by creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.
