Dublin, Dusseldorf, Hannover, Maastricht


What does the typical day look like:
Business Development Executive

  • Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
  • Landlord communication: Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract
  • Contract negotiation: Successful negotiation and signing of contracts
  • Data maintenance: Maintaining uptodate information in our customised database software, LiveTrack
  • Site visits: Visits to potential or already acquired locations, as required
Sales Executive

  • Communicating with landlords: negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords
  • Preparing for calls with landlords: includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources
  • Entering Data: entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
  • Preparing Proposals: creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.

What are we looking for:

  • Fluent in German.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Sales and negotiation experience

What does the company offer you:

  • Salary: €35,000 per annum base salary + est. 15k-20k in commission
