Location: Dublin, Dusseldorf, Hannover, Maastricht
What does the typical day look like:
Business Development Executive
- Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords.
- Landlord communication: Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract.
- Contract negotiation: Successful negotiation and signing of contracts.
- Data maintenance: Maintaining up-to-date information in our customised database software, LiveTrack.
- Site visits: Visits to potential or already acquired locations, as required.
Sales Executive
- Communicating with landlords: Negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords.
- Preparing for calls with landlords: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources.
- Entering Data: Entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Preparing Proposals: Creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.
What are we looking for:
- Fluent in German.
- Great attention to detail.
- Sales and negotiation experience.

- Salary: €35,000 per annum base salary + est. 15k-20k in commission.
