Description Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payments, and expense reports. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports. Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial procedures. Communicate with suppliers and handle any payment-related queries. Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes. Conduct regular accounts payable training for staff members. Profile A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have: Working knowledge of invoice processing Fluent German speaker Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a busy environment.
