GIS Mapping Specialist to join the Planning and Mapping Team. **Job Summary:** Experienced GIS Mapping Specialist required to provide mapping services and advise on property portfolio management, asset maintenance, and project delivery. You will be responsible for producing a range of property-related mapping using Esri Arc GIS & Auto CAD, examining property title documents, and liaising with Property Registration Authority officials. **Key Responsibilities:** • Produce legal mapping and related advisory services • Manage property files and spatial data • Create, modify, maintain, and analyse geospatial databases • Prepare drawings, maps, and documentation for planning applications and special projects • Liaise with Property Registration Authority officials **Requirements:** • Formal training with Auto CAD, Arc GIS, Map Info, or similar GIS packages • Proven experience with Auto CAD, Arc GIS, Map Info, or similar GIS packages • Ability to accurately present mapping and drawings to a professional standard • Experience in the preparation of drawings to support property transactions • Analytical skills with a strong sense of logic and good problem-solving skills • Relevant qualifications (Surveying, Geomatics or Engineering) and a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience • Full Clean Drivers Licence • Skills: Arc GIS Mapping GIS Surveying Geographic Information Systems
