Global Brand Innovation Manager Dublin HQ €70,000 – €80,000 plus Car Allowance, Bonus and Benefits Want to play a key role in transforming a heritage spirits brand into the world’s leading beverage business? Do you have the skills, vision, and drive to ignite brand desire amongst consumers and contribute to long-term business growth? As part of a strategic restructure of the marketing team, this brand is on the lookout for a passionate, experienced Global Brand Innovation Manager to develop and deliver all aspects of the brand innovation agenda. Key Responsibilities:   Work with the Head of Innovation & Design to develop a 5-year product innovation pipeline. Lead internal teams and external agencies to execute product innovation projects from start to finish. Ensure consistent application of world-class brand identity standards across all innovation projects. Collaborate with the Comms and Luxury teams to create strong omni-channel strategies for product launches. Champion the company's brand-building approach across all innovation campaigns and initiatives. Promote sustainable materials and processes in line with the brand's sustainability goals. Monitor industry trends and competition, taking appropriate actions where necessary. About You:   Proven experience of delivering complex Brand strategies across multiple regions – in Drinks or Luxury Goods. Able to generate creative product ideas that align with future trends and consumer preferences. Hold an understanding of consumer behaviours and market trends to develop relevant and appealing products. Knowledge of how innovations impact sales and profitability, along with effective budget management. Proficiency in using market research and performance data to inform decisions and assess risks related to innovation initiatives.
