Global Business Manager Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent Key Responsibilities Sales Management Engage in proactive communication with distributors to align sales initiatives with strategic objectives. Compile and analyze sales forecasts to anticipate market trends and adjust inventory accordingly. Facilitate the order fulfillment process to ensure customer demand is met with agility. Conduct periodic sales reviews to dissect performance data and escalate any deviations promptly. Business Management Negotiate and draft commercial agreements for international pharmaceutical sales, ensuring terms are aligned with company interests. Execute business development visits to penetrate new markets and nurture existing client relationships. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and craft effective mitigation strategies. Oversee the approval workflow for commercial agreements to maintain regulatory compliance. Develop comprehensive negotiation strategies and participate in due diligence of potential suppliers. Basic Management Develop and refine standard operating procedures to streamline business processes. Curate project business archives to ensure the integrity and accuracy of critical information. Formulate and monitor budgets to manage financial performance and optimize cost efficiency. Engage in international commerce and supply chain initiatives, ensuring thorough documentation and archiving. Gather intelligence on alternative service providers to safeguard business continuity in case of disruptions. Organize and conduct routine external meetings, responsible for the drafting and distribution of meeting minutes. Qualifications A minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree with proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential for conducting work in both languages. Fluent in Spanish is preferred. Candidate with a background in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields is preferred. Experience of over one year in business or business development is preferred. Must demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills, a strong learning capacity, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle high-pressure work environments. The ability to think clearly, strong logical reasoning, data sensitivity, and efficiency in managing supply-related emergencies is crucial. Strong capabilities in maintaining relationships with suppliers and distributors are necessary. Excellent negotiation skills are required to represent the company in commercial cooperation negotiations.
