Job Description

Were hiring Global Commercial Operations Manager to join our client who is a rapidly expanding, diversified healthcare services business with a global footprint and a proud heritage. Since becoming a publicly listed company in 2019, they have grown both organically and through a series of strategic acquisitions that continue to expand their international reach. With a workforce of over 3,000 spread across Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Benelux, Germany, and the USA, the company is a trusted partner to pharma and medtech manufacturers, working to improve patient access to medicines and treatments globally. Key Responsibilities & Outcomes Partner with the COO and Global Operations Director to develop and deliver a strategy for the global operations function, including: Global distribution and warehousing network Warehouse management systems Global expansion playbook Acquisition integration Develop strong relationships with Managing Directors and Operational Leads within each division to ensure global alignment. Identify commercial and operational opportunities from cross-divisional collaboration to enable business growth, cost savings, and increased revenue. Develop detailed plans to support the implementation and manage the processes around individual project plans that are part of the overall strategy. Manage all 3rd party vendors, advisors, and agents supporting the strategy. Collaborate with other pillar departments (Quality, Finance, IT) and provide integrated plans and updates to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Help foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, identifying innovative commercial opportunities and solutions. Work with business unit teams as part of the acquisition strategy and manage day-to-day integration plans post-completion. Build a database of facilities and properties across the group. Support major capital expenditure projects as needed. Be solutions-oriented, seen as a go-to person for solving problems and providing robust business solutions. Senior leader with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Technical, or Regulatory positions, or a combination thereof. Experience in a highly regulated environment with an understanding of GDP, GMP, and European quality standards. Strong knowledge, experience, and leadership style to grow the team through coaching, strategy development, and execution to ensure first-time-right operations. Ability and willingness to work cross-functionally, focusing on meeting schedules and embracing an interdependent work culture. Progressive, non-bureaucratic approach with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly across the organization. Willingness to travel across the global site network to understand the business and build relationships. Work Arrangement As this is a global role, you can be based in any one of the companys offices or work according to a hybrid model. Regular face-to-face interactions in the Dublin HQ and other locations will be required. Given the company's international footprint across multiple time zones, some flexibility in work hours is necessary.
