Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client registration records and ensure they are up to date.
  • Prepare quarterly compliance statements for passported funds.
  • Stay informed of legal and regulatory updates in foreign jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on options for offering UCITS and AIFs in various markets.
  • Handle all aspects of the application process for marketing UCITS and AIFs within EU and non-EU member states.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Prepare and submit registration applications and notifications to relevant regulatory authorities.

Key requirements for suitable candidates:

  • Minimum of one years experience working in Financial Services / Investment Management / Legal Administration (in finance / corporate department).
  • Strong understanding of the funds industry and purpose of funds as a financial vehicle.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Be skilled working in teams, taking initiative and being proactive and a strong desire to continuously learn and keep up to date with regulatory changes.
