Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client registration records and ensure they are up to date.
- Prepare quarterly compliance statements for passported funds.
- Stay informed of legal and regulatory updates in foreign jurisdictions.
- Advise clients on options for offering UCITS and AIFs in various markets.
- Handle all aspects of the application process for marketing UCITS and AIFs within EU and non-EU member states.
- Coordinate with third-party providers and manage ongoing relationships.
- Prepare and submit registration applications and notifications to relevant regulatory authorities.
Key requirements for suitable candidates:
- Minimum of one years experience working in Financial Services / Investment Management / Legal Administration (in finance / corporate department).
- Strong understanding of the funds industry and purpose of funds as a financial vehicle.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Be skilled working in teams, taking initiative and being proactive and a strong desire to continuously learn and keep up to date with regulatory changes.
