Global Funds Registration Specialist role involves advising clients on UCITS and AIFs options, handling application processes, and managing ongoing relationships with regulatory authorities.

As a member of the team, you will work in complex international markets and a high-performance environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on UCITS and AIFs options, including private or public offerings, across various markets.
• Handling all aspects of the application process to market UCITS and AIFs within EU and non-EU member states.
• Coordinating with third-party providers and managing ongoing relationships.
• Preparing and submitting registration applications/notifications to relevant regulatory authorities.
• Managing ongoing reporting obligations to ensure compliance with local rules.
• Maintaining and updating client registration records.
• Contributing to the preparation of detailed sales pitches for prospective clients.

Key requirements for suitable candidates:

• 3+ years working in Funds Registration.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Ability to work in teams, take initiative, and be proactive.
• Strong interest in keeping up to date with regulatory changes.

This is a permanent role with a hybrid three days on site, full health insurance, and pension matched to 5%.
