**Global Head of Accounting & Treasury** Seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the accounting and treasury functions of a fast-growing Irish technology business. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor month-end accounting close, inter-company accounting and reconciliations * Streamline and review accounting and systems support processes * Manage external audit and ensure compliance with covenants * Oversee treasury accounting, cashflow forecasting and banking * Lead the growth and development of the accounting & finance team * Provide technical accounting expertise and assist with acquisition accounting **Ideal Candidate:** * Qualified Accountant with Big 4 training background * Relevant PQE in a financial reporting role with a medium or large company * Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic global accounting team * Strong technical accounting knowledge, FRS102 and IFRS * Systems savvy with ERP systems **About the Company:** A fast-growing, PE-owned Irish technology business with a steady growth rate and multiple international acquisitions per year. **Remuneration:** * Competitive salary * Bonus * Pension * Health insurance * Generous AL allowance * Hybrid working policy in place
