Global Head of Accounting & Treasury Irish Tech Business Position Description Newly created position as a result of highly acquisitive growth within the business. Based in Dublin HQ, the Global Head of Accounting & Treasury will be responsible for the following: Financial Reporting - monitoring month-end accounting close, inter-company accounting and reconciliations Controls & Systems - streamlining and reviewing accounting and systems support processes External Audit management Strategic Support - Integration of newly acquired businesses, dd, valuations, and strategic analysis Treasury - Oversight over treasury accounting, cashflow forecasting Banking & Compliance preparation of quarterly banking and ensure compliance with covenants Leadership and growth and development of the accounting & finance team Technical Accounting acquisition accounting and assisting with technical issues Candidate Profile Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant, ideally with Big 4 training background Relevant PQE in a financial reporting role with a medium or large company (c. €100m+ rev with international entities) Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic global accounting team String technical accounting knowledge, FRS102 and IFRS Systems savvy with ERP systems About our Client Our client is a fast growing, PE owned, Irish technology business which has been growing at a steady rate over the past few years with c. 5 international acquisitions per year of varying company sizes.
